OpenMeeting is proud to be attending the 2021 Wisconsin Municipal Clerks Association Conference and join our sister company Command Central in their booth. We hope to see you there!

It’s back! The WMCA is in-person again! We look forward to connecting with clients and friends.

A lot has changed since the last WMCA, BC (before Covid). Virtual meetings became the norm while everyone scrambled to adapt. Forced innovation ruled the day. Zoom meetings, Go to Meeting, WebEx , even Facebook live events – we saw it all.

Fortunately for OpenMeeting users, the OpenMeeting software was ready for virtual meetings. All that was required was a smart device (e.g., iPad, tablet, Chromebook, etc), and the meeting IP Address and OpenMeeting users didn’t miss a beat. Member experience was optimized while public transparency was improved with the OpenMeeting Public Display. 

Municipal clerks proved that once again they are adaptive and resilient. Local government leadership was on full display as clerks adapted systems that enabled the effective continuation of government business.

The WMCA conference agenda looks excellent! Befitting our return to in-person. There are several edu sessions we intend to attend including ‘Municipal Clerk Leadership’ lead by Jim Mathis.
