Chad Trice
President
Chad has been in the business of providing local government services for over 10 years. Before that, Chad had both production level and leadership roles in software & multimedia development, corporate collaboration software, marketing & strategy, and creative direction. His diverse background allows him to be both a dreamer and a doer. If asked about why local government instead of larger corporations, he is answer is simple, “Having done both now, I really think the people that I get to work with in local government make a difference in our world, and that makes me think…perhaps I can help as well.”

Mark Netsch
Director of Business Development
Mark leads sales, marketing and the go-to market strategy at OpenMeeting. Mark has a strong track record in developing and growing Saas companies. Before joining OpenMeeting, Mark served as CEO of PerformanceScope, a leader in customer experience management and organizational performance. Mark served as CXO at eTouchMenu, until the company’s successful acquisition. Mark enjoys camping in the BWCA as well as working on and racing vintage cars.

Sue Ann Heck
Director of Customer Relations
Sue Ann’s work background is diverse, ranging from financial services to printing to technology. She’s worked at OpenMeeting’s “sister” company (working with government officials on election needs) since 2013. She loves the satisfaction of getting customers up and running on the OpenMeeting software and hearing how their meetings and meeting prep have been simplified and shortened. Her main priority at OpenMeeting is to listen to customer’s needs and actively meet them. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with family and friends, golf and attending country music concerts.

Jill Lodewegen
Customer Success Manager
Prior to OpenMeeting, Jill was the Waupaca County Clerk in Wisconsin, where she used our system to support the deliberations of the Waupaca County Board. She is literally “the voice of the customer” within our ranks. Her work background also includes working in the Waupaca County Highway Department as well as 21 years at a publishing/media company in various positions. Jill’s extensive experience in local government helps OpenMeeting to deliver the best service and support for the people we strive to help. Jill enjoys spending time with her family, reading and cooking.

Carly Hiltner
Finance Manager
Carly grew up on a dairy farm in central Minnesota. It was there working for her family that she developed a love for business and numbers. She attended St. Cloud State University where she graduated with a degree in Accounting. Carly joined the OpenMeeting team in 2019. As the Finance Manager, she oversees payroll, accounts payable and receivables, and financial reporting. In her free time, Carly enjoys golfing, biking, and spending time with her family and dog, Roly.

Victor Kluck
Implementation Manager
Victor was the founder of RollCall Systems, where he developed the app-based roll call voting and microphone control system that OpenMeeting acquired in 2019. Prior to RollCall Systems, Victor spent 10 years implementing a keypad-based roll call voting system for cities, counties, and school boards around the country. When not helping customers implement their OpenMeeting systems, Victor can usually be found bicycling on the Pinellas Trail near his home in Dunedin, FL.

Dylan Ward
Product Specialist
Dylan has grown up around technology his whole life, even as a kid when he began taking apart and fixing numerous types of machinery. Before landing in the IT field, Dylan coached gymnastics at the high school and junior Olympic level. Currently, Dylan is working towards his computer science degree, and hopes to graduate in the year of 2025. In his spare time, Dylan enjoys playing video games, working out, and spending time with his family and friends.

Mike Bauer
Product Specialist
Mike is semi-retired from a long career in the I.T. industry which culminated as a Vice President of Systems & Services at a Division of Xerox Corporation, which focused primarily on the Local Government Market. He is assisting OMT on a part-time basis in the areas of Software Design, Testing, Documentation, Project Management and much enjoys taking customer support calls as needed. Mike also enjoys camping, mountain-biking, and spending time with his six grandsons.

Jenna Wendlandt
Marketing Intern
Jenna is currently pursuing a B.S. in Mass Communications along with a minor in Sociology at St. Cloud State University. She is very excited to be a part of the OpenMeeting team, which she joined in 2022. Her passion is to spread awareness about OpenMeeting and local government innovation. Jenna also enjoys singing, visiting her lakeside cabin, and hanging out with her bearded dragon.
